Errors

The API returns the following error codes.

Code	Meaning
`Unauthenticated`	The API key is missing or invalid.
`PermissionDenied`	The project is outside the caller’s organization.
`FailedPrecondition`	The project is already sealed, or there are no lines to submit.
`InvalidArgument`	Invalid CSV, payload too large, or invalid webhook URL.
